Iron Systems is looking for a high-energy Team Lead. In this role, Team Lead will be responsible for Organizing work, delegating tasks, Allocating and managing resources, Problem solving, Motivating team members to accomplish their goals & Reporting progress to stakeholders. Team lead will be working closely with the Team mentoring all the team members & also helping the team members with the escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize and manage the team efficiently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and optimal productivity.
- Develop and maintain robust interpersonal relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative work environment aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and core values.
- Identify performance gaps, operational risks, and areas of concern, and proactively escalate them to management with actionable recommendations.
- Exhibit excellent people management skills, including coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Showcase strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities to resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Allocate, manage, and optimize resources to meet business objectives and service delivery expectations.
- Clearly define, monitor, and communicate key performance metrics, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Actively participate in team meetings, process reviews, and operational discussions to identify process improvement opportunities and address team needs.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and operational alignment.
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately, monitor progress,



and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Prioritize tasks based on business impact, urgency, and importance while guiding team members on workload management and execution priorities.
- Demonstrate strong workload management skills and effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide floor support and end-to-end issue resolution, including handling escalations, supporting senior team members, and driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure, manage critical situations, and maintain service quality during high-volume periods or business-critical incidents.
- Display exceptional time management skills to ensure adherence to deadlines, service levels, and project timelines.
- Exhibit strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present operational updates, performance reviews, process improvements, and business recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the project, processes, tools, policies, and customer requirements to effectively support the team and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify operational efficiencies, and contribute to overall process excellence and customer satisfaction.
