Role Description The Team Lead Intern role is a remote, unpaid internship focused on supporting and coordinating team activities within UnlockDiscounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing tasks for team members, monitoring progress on assigned projects, and communicating updates to supervisors.

The intern may assist with planning and executing promotional campaigns, helping improve workflows, and sharing feedback to enhance team performance. Additional duties can include basic data tracking,



participating in virtual meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives. This internship role is designed to provide practical experience in leadership, communication, and online business operations.

Qualifications

- Leadership and coordination skills, including the ability to organize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and support team collaboration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with remote team members and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of online retail, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing, or an interest in learning about these areas.
- Good time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., email, online spreadsheets, collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn current systems.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Open-minded attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to completing the internship responsibilities professionally.
