- Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations.
- Coordinate with delivery executives and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor daily dispatch, delivery, productivity, and closure performance.
- Plan and deploy delivery executives based on daily workload.
- Track attendance, productivity, and operational performance of the team.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling of shipments and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor route planning and optimize delivery operations.
- Coordinate with hub/DC teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
