3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or client-service environment
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dext, Xennet (or similar review tool);
experience with Karbon is considered an asset
Strong understanding of GST/HST filings, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
Experience reviewing bookkeeping files and identifying discrepancies or technical issues
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong technical and client-service orientation
