Candidate Expectations 6+ years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.

Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP

Candidate Location -Anywhere in India

Candidate Industry (BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services)

Education and Certification Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related discipline

Specific Remarks: 15 years regular stream of education mandatory

Detailed Roles and Responsibilites: Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.

Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.

Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.

Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.

Diligently attend to escalation

Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices

Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources

Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met.

Other Remarks Adaptable working in any shifts.
