About the role

n

A strategic and execution-oriented leadership role supporting the Head – STEM in building, implementing and scaling high-quality STEM education across the school network. The role combines STEM expertise, academic leadership, curriculum, people and project management, innovation and execution.

STEM Strategy & Academic Leadership

n

n
- Support STEM vision, strategy and roadmap; drive academic quality, consistency and future-ready programmes; identify new initiatives, competitions and learning experiences.
n

n

Curriculum & Programme Development

n

n
- Lead curriculum/resource development, learning journeys, projects and assessments; establish standards and scalable frameworks across Coding, Robotics, Science & Math, AI, Product Design, Electronics/IoT, Horticulture, Financial/Digital Literacy and Design Thinking.
n

n

Teacher Development & Training

n

n
- Design and deliver teacher training; build capability in technology, pedagogy and project-based learning; mentor teams and evaluate competency.
n

n

School-Level Implementation

n

n
- Drive adoption across schools; work with principals/coordinators; monitor classroom implementation and student engagement; develop SOPs and solve implementation challenges.
n

n

Team Leadership & People Management

n

n
- Lead and mentor the central STEM team; allocate projects; set goals and timelines; review performance; build ownership, innovation and continuous improvement.
n

n

STEM Labs, Technology & Resources

n

n
- Support STEM/robotics labs and maker spaces; define resource needs; evaluate kits, hardware,



software and EdTech; ensure practical, scalable and cost-effective resources.
n

n

Innovation, Competitions & Events

n

n
- Lead/support robotics events, hackathons, exhibitions and innovation challenges; develop internal competitions and student innovation programmes; build external partnerships.
n

n

Research & Continuous Improvement

n

n
- Track emerging STEM/education practices; research and pilot new approaches; use feedback, outcomes and implementation data for evidence-based improvement.
n

n

Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Collaborate with academic, operations, procurement, IT, marketing and school teams; coordinate vendors, technology companies and educational partners.
n

n

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

n

n
- Maintain dashboards and review mechanisms; track implementation, training, participation and outcomes; report insights, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
n

n

Required Profile

n

n
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering,



Science, Technology, Education or related field.
n
- Experience: 6–10+ years in STEM education, curriculum, EdTech, robotics, coding, innovation or school programmes; team/large-scale programme management; teacher training and multi-project execution.
n
- Core knowledge: STEM, Robotics, Coding, Electronics/IoT, AI, Design Thinking, PBL, Curriculum, Teacher Training, EdTech, 3D Printing, Science/Math, Sustainability/Horticulture and data-driven evaluation.
