JD for IBM Infosphere DataStage:

n

n
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage 11.x (Parallel and Server jobs).
n
- Build scalable data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems.
n
- Optimize DataStage jobs for high performance, reliability, and reusability.
n
- Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance issues, and production incidents.
n
- Work with SQL and relational databases to write complex queries and perform data validations.
n
- Implement data warehousing concepts, including SCDs, fact/dimension modeling, and data quality checks.
n
- Create job sequences,



parameter sets, reusable components, and shared containers.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data architects, DBAs, business analysts) to translate requirements into ETL solutions.
n
- Deploy, schedule, and monitor DataStage jobs using Control-M or similar scheduling tools.
n
- Prepare technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and ETL process specifications.
n

11.Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical ETL solutions.

n

12.Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, QA, and analytics teams.
