Admonky is hiring a highly strategic & hands-on Paid Ads Expert who can independently manage and scale multiple client accounts across Google Ads + Meta Ads.

What We're Looking For:

- Agency experience is mandatory
n
- Strong expertise in Google Ads + Meta Ads
n
- Experience across E-commerce + Lead Generation
n
- Proven experience managing Indian + International clients
n
- Ability to efficiently manage 15–20 client accounts simultaneously
n
- Proven ability to scale accounts, improve ROAS & maximize client revenue
n
- Solid strategic & analytical thinking — not just campaign execution
n
- Advanced tracking expertise — GTM, GA4, conversion events, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking, CAPI & troubleshooting
n
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, creatives & CRO
n
- Excellent English communication & client management skills
n
- Comfortable communicating directly with international clients
n




- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging accounts/situations
n
- High ownership — able to identify problems, find solutions and execute independently
n

What You'll Own:

n

Strategy → Execution → Tracking → Optimization → Scaling → Reporting → Client Communication

n

You should be able to take complete ownership of an account without needing constant direction.

n

Compensation: Upto ₹6 LPA, depending on experience, technical expertise, client-handling ability & proven performance.
