The role focuses on preparing accurate architectural drawings, technical documentation and coordinated drawing packages for industrial project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings for factory, industrial and PEB projects.
n
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, layouts and architectural details based on project requirements.
n
- Translate design information and technical requirements into accurate working drawings.
n
- Prepare and revise drawings based on design changes and project coordination requirements.
n
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and other relevant technical information.
n
- Review drawings for dimensions, accuracy, consistency and completeness.
n
- Prepare construction and execution drawings as required for project stages.
n
- Incorporate inputs from architects, consultants and project teams into revised drawing packages.
n
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation and organised project files.
n
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and project teams to resolve drawing-related requirements.
n
- Ensure drawings are prepared and issued within project timelines.
n
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions and related technical documentation.

Requirements

- 4-6 years of skilled experience in architectural drafting and technical documentation.
n
- Hands-on experience working on factory and industrial projects is mandatory.
n
- Experience working with PEB structures is mandatory.
n
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and technical documentation.
n
- Ability to prepare accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
n
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural and structural drawings.
n
- Strong understanding of drawing revisions, documentation and project file management.
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant architectural drafting software.
n
- Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants and project teams.
n
- Strong attention to dimensional accuracy and drawing coordination.
n
- Good communication and coordination skills.
