- Monitor and maintain quality standards across operational processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify process gaps.
- Analyze quality issues and identify root causes using appropriate RCA tools.
- Track quality parameters, trends, and performance metrics.
- Work with team members and operations teams to address quality concerns.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct quality feedback sessions and support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure processes are followed according to defined quality standards.
- Monitor corrective actions and follow up for timely closure.
- Support the team in maintaining consistent service and process quality.

Training Supervisor Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–6 years

- Plan and conduct training sessions according to the training calendar.
- Conduct refresher training based on identified training needs.
- Identify teams or employee groups requiring additional support and conduct focused training sessions.
- Manage training for new-hire batches and support employees through the certification process.




- Conduct training and coaching sessions for collection team members to support performance improvement.
- Plan training activities based on business and operational requirements.
- Support training-related initiatives and share performance updates with the relevant teams.
- Conduct floor activities such as call listening and feedback sessions along with the Training Manager.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for call calibration and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain examples of valuable calls and calls requiring improvement for training purposes.
- Review training gaps based on quality and performance observations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address escalations and customer complaints related to training or process gaps.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Quality Assurance team.
- Prepare and maintain training reports, performance records, and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to improve employee performance and process adherence.
