Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).

Robust experience in MDM transaction processing and employee master data.

Experience in Reconciliation, MIS Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Exposure to Data Quality & Governance is preferred.

Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Specific Remarks: SAP HCM and Employee Central experience is mandatory.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities: Perform MDM transaction processing and employee master data updates.

Handle employee data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central.

Perform reconciliation and resolve data discrepancies.

Conduct RCA for recurring data issues.

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.

Ensure data governance, SOX and audit compliance.

Support stakeholders and continuous improvement initiatives.
