Job Summary The Tea, Coffee, and Snacks Maker is responsible for crafting consistently delicious hot and cold beverages (such as espresso, filter coffee, masala chai, and green teas) alongside a variety of quick-service snacks. This role requires speed, a friendly attitude, and strict adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Beverage Preparation: Brew and serve various styles of tea and coffee according to hotel recipes and presentation standards.
- Snack Preparation: Prepare, fry, or bake daily snacks (such as sandwiches, fritters, cookies, and local regional snacks) ensuring freshness and quality.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of milk, tea leaves, coffee beans, sugar, and snack ingredients; report shortages to the supervisor.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene:



Maintain a spotless workstation, clean brewing equipment daily, and follow food safety regulations.
- Guest Service: Take guest orders accurately, handle special requests, and deliver items with a polite and welcoming demeanor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen appliances, coffee machines, and tea brewers are functioning correctly and report any defects.
