Location - Bangalore/Noida Experience required: 5 to 7 yrs.

Mandatory Skills • Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO) • Patch Management (WSUS/SCCM) • Server Hardening & Compliance • Troubleshooting OS, Performance, Boot/Network Issues • File/Print Server Management Valuable to Have Skills • PowerShell Scripting • VMware/Hyper-V Knowledge • Azure AD / Intune basics • Backup Tools (NetBackup, Commvault) • Monitoring Tools (SCOM, SolarWinds) • Install, configure, and manage Windows servers across environments.

• Perform user administration via AD, OU structure, and GPO configuration.

• Handle OS hardening,



patching, and compliance checks.

• Troubleshoot server, network, DNS, and performance issues.

• Perform backup/restore operations and collaborate with storage teams.

• Coordinate with network, security, and application teams for incident resolution.

• Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.

• Document SOPs, RCA, and technical configurations.
