Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field

- Minimum 6 years of experience in international tax at a Big 4 / public accounting firm or a multinational corporation (MNC)

- Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI tools to automate or optimize tax or finance workflows (e.g., automating data extraction, building calculation templates, designing process automation prompts)

- Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, and experience managing large datasets (100K+ rows).

Preferred qualifications

- CPA or CA

- Understanding of ASC 740 accounting for income taxes

- Interest in using technology tools to process large data sets

- Familiarity with Python, Alteryx, VBA, or other programming/scripting languages used in finance/tax environments.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and tax provision software (OneSource, Corptax, or similar).
