Overview The Manager will lead and oversee the taxation and accounting functions for clients, ensuring compliancewith applicable laws and standards. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tax and audit-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage client engagements across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), and Regulatory Compliance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Review and finalize tax audits, income tax returns, GST returns, TDS compliances, and related statutory filings.

- Provide strategic Income Tax, GST, and regulatory advisory services to clients across industries.

- Handle tax assessments, scrutiny matters, notices, and litigation support, coordinating with tax authorities and clients.

- Oversee finalization of accounts and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act, and tax regulations.

- Review certifications, including 15CA/15CB, DTAA applicability, and international taxation requirements.

- Build and maintain solid client relationships,



acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.

- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, risk management, and quality control initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring optimal resource allocation and project execution.

- Coordinate with senior leadership on practice development, client servicing, and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-8 years of relevant experience (excluding article ship experience, including managing a team of 3 or more.

- Strong knowledge of income tax, GST, TDS, and DTAA.

- Preferred Hands on experience on Tally, Zoho Books, Genius

- Proficiency in MS office

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
