We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US Tax Associates CRO. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in US taxation and client relationship operations.
As a US Tax Associate CRO, you will interact with clients, understand their requirements, coordinate tax-related information, and support the tax team in delivering a smooth client experience. Prior US tax experience is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided to selected candidates.
Role & responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and collect the necessary information and documents.
- Respond to client queries and provide appropriate information or coordinate with the relevant tax team.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and required information.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with US tax preparation and processing teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Understand basic concepts of US individual and business taxation through company-provided training.
- Assist with tax-related documentation, data collection, and administrative activities.
- Track client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle client information responsibly.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Develop strong knowledge of US tax processes and continuously improve professional skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand instructions and learn current concepts quickly.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn US taxation and accounting concepts.
- Comfortable working in a professional environment aligned with US business hours / shifts, if applicable.
