We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tandoor Chef to prepare authentic Indian tandoori dishes, breads, kebabs, and grilled items. The candidate should have strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques, food safety, kitchen hygiene, and consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes, kebabs, tikka, naan, roti, and other Indian breads.

- Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.

- Prepare marinades, sauces, spice mixes, and other ingredients required for tandoor items.

- Ensure proper portion sizes, presentation, taste, and consistency.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section and kitchen equipment.

- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the chef/supervisor about ingredient requirements.





- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.

- Assist with menu preparation and development of new tandoor dishes when required.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Tandoor Chef / Indian Chef preferred.

- Good knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor cooking techniques.

- Ability to prepare different types of naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and tandoori dishes.

- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

- Positive teamwork and communication skills.

- Culinary training or relevant experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
