? Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and outbound calls
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Explain products and spare parts to customers
- Generate and convert sales leads
- Maintain customer and follow-up records
? Requirements:
• Fluent in Tamil (mandatory)
- Basic English communication
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales / Telecalling experience preferred
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree
? Preferred: Experience in sales, telecalling.
