We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. Candidates should possess solid communication skills in Tamil and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Update customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th or Any Graduate .
- Result Copy / Provisional Certificate is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work from the office environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
