Role Description The Tamil Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls with Tamil-speaking customers to provide product information, respond to inquiries, and support order placements. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product features, addressing basic queries, maintaining accurate call records, and updating customer details in internal systems. The role also involves following up with potential and existing customers, coordinating with the sales team when needed, and communicating clearly and politely to ensure a positive customer experience.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular attendance at the workplace and close collaboration with local team members.

Telecaller is expected to meet daily calling targets and adhere to company guidelines and communication standards.

Qualifications

- Strong spoken and written communication skills in Tamil; basic proficiency in Hindi or English is an advantage.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, with good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with call logs, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
- Comfort with working in a target-driven environment and managing time effectively throughout the workday.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur on a full-time schedule and collaborate with colleagues across sales and operations.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any discipline is an added advantage.
