Job Title: Tally Expert / Accountant Company: NITI.AI Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Experience: 4–15 Years (Multi-Industry Experience Preferred) About the Role NITI.AI is looking for an experienced Tally Expert / Accountant who has strong accounting knowledge along with deep expertise in Tally Prime/ERP. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, inventory, payroll, and production accounting while also contributing to Tally customization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Manage complete accounting operations in Tally Prime/ERP. Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries. Prepare and finalize Profit &

• Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Financial Reports. Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances, including return filing and reconciliations. Process payroll and maintain employee salary records. Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation. Handle production/manufacturing accounting and cost tracking. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.



Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management. Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities whenever required. Develop and customize reports using TDL (Tally Definition Language). Support automation and process improvements within Tally ERP.
