Social Adda is a creator-first influencer marketing agency working with brands and creators across categories such as beauty, lifestyle, gaming, technology, fashion, entertainment, education and more.
We are looking for a Talent Manager who can take ownership of creator relationships, onboarding and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Onboard new creators and build a strong, diverse creator network for Social Adda.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent.
- Maintain and regularly update the creator database with profiles, audience insights, commercials and other relevant information.
- Understand campaign requirements and identify suitable creators accordingly.
- Reach out to creators, share campaign briefs and coordinate commercials.
- Negotiate creator rates and deliverables.
- Manage creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, from initial outreach and briefing to final content delivery.
- Coordinate content submissions, revisions, approvals and posting timelines.
- Follow up with creators to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Resolve creator-related issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Coordinate with the internal team to keep campaigns on track.
- Continuously discover emerging creators and new talent across different categories and regions.
- Help strengthen Social Adda's overall creator network and talent relationships.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Management, Social Media or a related field .
- Good understanding of the influencer and creator ecosystem.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Robust organisational and coordination skills.
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Existing relationships with creators will be an added advantage.
