At FlairX, we're transforming the hiring landscape by combining an AI Interview Agent with a network of expert interviewers to deliver fast, structured, and unbiased candidate evaluations,helping companies reduce their time-to-hire by up to 70%.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and clients.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
- Review AI interview reports and feedback to assess candidate suitability.
- Identify inconsistencies, potential concerns, and areas requiring further evaluation in AI interview assessments.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, clients,



and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
