About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Recruitment to join our team in Newtown, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have experience in US staffing/recruitment , strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters who are comfortable working in the US shift and are passionate about identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
- Understand job descriptions and identify candidates who match the required skills and experience.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Engage with candidates and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and assist candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closure of positions.




- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Stay updated on US recruitment trends, hiring practices, and market conditions.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing / Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process .
- Experience with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Target-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST shift.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with US IT / Non-IT recruitment .
- Familiarity with US employment types such as Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time .
- Knowledge of US time zones and hiring practices.
- Experience working with ATS/recruitment CRM systems.
