Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse technology and consulting positions.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience. Day-to-day activities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, managing offer negotiations, supporting employer branding initiatives,



and ensuring hiring practices align with company policies and local regulations. The role also involves using recruitment tools and platforms, tracking hiring metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Experience recruiting for technology and consulting roles; prior experience in IT or qualified services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
