We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive (TA)

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support timely hiring across departments. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, valuable judgement, and consistent follow-up habits.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements, role responsibilities, and selection criteria with hiring managers.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial calls to assess relevant experience, skills, interest, and availability.
- Discuss salary expectations, notice period, location, and work-mode suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interviewers.
- Send interview confirmations, reminders, and timely status updates.
- Collect interview feedback and maintain clear records of hiring decisions.
- Coordinate approved offers, collect required joining documents,



and follow up until joining.
- Support onboarding coordination with HR and the relevant department.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and build a database for future hiring needs.
- Submit hiring progress reports and flag delays, candidate dropouts, or sourcing challenges.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisation, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment portals, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with different teams.
- Professional handling of confidential candidate information.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination is preferred.

Compensation Fixed monthly salary of ₹10,000–₹15,000, based on skills and experience, plus performance-based incentives. Incentive eligibility and payout terms will be shared during the hiring process.
