Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled with proven recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, project, site, and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies for various positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit candidates across Engineering, Project, Construction, Site Execution, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Finance, HR, and other functions.
- Handle recruitment for positions related to Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering and Construction projects.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates based on technical experience, project exposure, notice period, compensation, and location.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.




- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future project requirements.
- Coordinate with project and functional heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and recruitment targets.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Preferred Industry Exposure Candidates should have recruitment experience in one or more of the following:
- Oil & Gas
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

- Industrial Projects
- Power & Energy
- Renewable Energy
- MEP / Building Services

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any
- 1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience recruiting for Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Construction, or Infrastructure companies is preferred.
- Strong experience in technical and project hiring.
- Valuable understanding of engineering and construction-related job profiles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and bulk/project hiring simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
