Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidate pools.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, etc.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
