We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist based in India, with a solid focus on sourcing top talent across Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with international markets, utilizing advanced online recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (or other Boolean logic based search techniques) to attract outstanding candidates from across the continent. Creativity in developing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to effectively approach and engage candidates is highly valued.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Europe-based recruiters, supporting a team-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. Communication skills are essential, as building authentic, professional relationships with candidates and engaging with them effectively are key to success in this role. Please note that this is a temporary contract position.

Main job responsibilities:

- Proactively source top talent across Europe using advanced online recruitment tools
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Engage with candidates effectively,



building genuine relationships and presenting opportunities in a compelling manner.
- Collaborate closely with Europe-based recruiters to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain and update talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Support market mapping activities and gather industry intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing approaches and recruitment processes.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within Telco/IT, with proven experience in European recruitment.
- Strong proficiency in online recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean logic based search techniques.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Additional languages would be an advantage, not mandatory.
