Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non-academic positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with leadership.

The Specialist will collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely fulfillment of open roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment databases, drafting job postings, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, building relationships with educational institutions and skilled networks, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and transparent recruitment experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.




- Demonstrated capability in Interviewing and Hiring, including assessing candidate fit and facilitating selection decisions.
- Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to represent the academy’s values and culture to prospective candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates, faculty, and leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or recruitment management tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably in education, coaching institutes, or service-oriented organizations.
