Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (8k–15k).

The Talent Acquisition

Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring steps with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting and updating job advertisements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, support workforce planning, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.





This position also includes using digital tools and platforms to identify qualified candidates and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess candidate fit and support effective selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Candidates should possess robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to provide a positive candidate experience and represent the company brand effectively.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred; a degree or certification in HR, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and adherence to assigned schedules and performance targets.
