- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for corporate, sales, retail, and manufacturing functions.

- Manage and develop an existing recruitment team, driving accountability, capability building, and hiring outcomes.

- Design and execute sourcing strategies across direct hiring, referrals, agencies, campuses, and emerging talent channels.

- Build structured assessment and selection frameworks to improve hiring quality and decision-making.

- Drive employer branding, campus engagement, and talent pipeline initiatives.

- Establish TA analytics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve recruitment effectiveness.

- Partner closely with business leaders and conduct first-level talent assessments to improve hiring efficiency.

- Manage recruitment partners, vendors, and external talent channels while optimizing source mix and cost.

- Create scalable recruitment processes and operating rhythms in a fast-growing business environment.





The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- MBA in Human Resources with approximately 4-7 years of experience.

- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or broader HR roles within consumer-facing industries such as Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or D2C businesses.

- Proven experience managing teams and driving hiring outcomes through scalable processes.

- Strong understanding of recruitment channels, talent mapping, campus hiring, and employer branding.

- Ability to design frameworks, introduce structure, and build systems from scratch rather than operate within established processes.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in assessing talent independently.

- Highly analytical, technology-savvy, and passionate about building high-performing organizations.
