Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Drive bulk/volume hiring for multiple positions and business requirements.  Manage lateral hiring across different functions and levels.

Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, job portals, and other channels.

Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and close positions effectively.

Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.





Allocate requirements among team members and monitor individual and team performance.

Coach, mentor, and support recruiters to improve productivity and closure ratios.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions to improve hiring efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
