About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Team Lead to manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities while leading a team of recruiters. The role involves driving recruitment operations, stakeholder management, team performance, candidate experience, offer management, background verification, reporting, and pre-onboarding processes to ensure seamless hiring delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Personally handle sourcing and recruitment for critical, niche, leadership, and strategic positions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, hiring priorities, and workforce plans.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.

Team Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and operational excellence.




- Monitor recruiter productivity, hiring metrics, and service levels.
- Drive a high-performance and candidate-centric recruitment culture.

Campus Recruitment

- Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to build a strong early-career talent pipeline.
- Manage relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
- Coordinate campus drives, internship programs, hiring events, and graduate recruitment initiatives.

Offer Management & Candidate Experience

- Lead compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
- Ensure timely generation and release of offer letters.
- Drive candidate engagement and improve offer-to-join conversion rates.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Recruitment Operations

- Handle recruitment operations including Offer letter generation, Background Verification (BGV) management, Candidate documentation, Vendor coordination, Recruitment process compliance and Pre-onboarding activities
- Ensure smooth transition of candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Reporting & Analytics

- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
- Track key KPIs including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Recruiter Productivity, Source Effectiveness and Campus Hiring Metrics
- Provide regular hiring updates and insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience ✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

✔ 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 2 years of team management experience.

✔ Demonstrated experience in:

- Technology and IT Services hiring
- Sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent
- Campus recruitment and university engagement
- Offer management and salary negotiations
- Recruitment operations and compliance
- Background verification and pre-onboarding processes

✔ Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills. ✔ Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI-enabled sourcing tools is preferred.
