Transight is scaling rapid across India and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can bring us quality manpower across India within the set timelines.
Ideal Candidate should have min 6 years of hard core recruiting experience with hirings across industries , for both Technical & Non Technical roles .
Good to have: hiring experience in [tech / engineering / operations / field roles], familiarity with Indian labour compliance and regional language skills (Malayalam. English, Hindi)
Work Location : Kochi
Work from Office
(Mon - Saturday working/ 2nd Saturday Off)
What you'll do
- Deliver hiring plans on time across multiple cities and roles
- Run mass hiring drives, campus programmes .
- Track and improve time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio and cost-per-hire
- Lead a team of recruiters and keep hiring managers moving
What you bring
- 6 years of hiring experience across India
- A proven record of meeting hard hiring deadlines
- A data-driven approach, with hands-on experience of ATS and sourcing tools
- Willingness to travel for drives
- Comfort with numbers. You run your function from dashboards, not gut feel.
- Experience leading recruiter teams, including in-house and vendor-side recruiters.
