Role & responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate closure.

Source, screen, and engage candidates through various recruitment channels.

Understand hiring requirements and work closely with stakeholders to build relevant talent pipelines.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and candidate records.

Coordinate with and manage recruitment vendors to support hiring requirements.

Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable problem-solving skills.

Strong willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an added advantage.

Freshers and candidates with prior internship experience in HR/Recruitment can apply.
