Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Lead – Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring across IT, R&D;, Engineering, Battery/BESS, and other specialized technical functions. The role will drive critical talent acquisition programs, strengthen technical talent pipelines, and partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for IT, R&D;, Engineering, Battery/BESS, and other niche technical roles.
- Partner with business heads, functional leaders, and technical teams to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
- Drive specialized and leadership hiring, including headhunting for hard-to-find technical talent.
- Lead campus recruitment programs across Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes, including institute mapping, campus strategy, and engagement with placement teams,



selection processes, offer management, onboarding, and build pipeline.
- Lead recruitment drives, assessment initiatives, employee referral programs, and other strategic sourcing channels.
- Manage and evaluate recruitment partners/agencies for niche and critical mandates.
- Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and offer-to-join conversion for key positions.
- Establish and monitor TA metrics including Time-to-Hire, Hiring TAT, Source Effectiveness, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer-to-Join Ratio.
- Contribute to employer branding, market mapping and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization’s positioning among technical talent.

Desired Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in Technical/IT Talent Acquisition, R&D; Recruitment, or specialized hiring.
- Solid track record in R&D; in battery/manufacturing segment.
