Role : Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, references, consultants, and social media.

Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Manage offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining follow-ups.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

Generate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.

Monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment turnaround time (TAT).

Coordinate background verification and onboarding activities.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.





Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.

Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment productivity.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years of Recruitment Experience (Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Corporate Hiring)

Hands-on experience with Job Portals and LinkedIn Hiring.

Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced Excel knowledge and recruitment MIS reporting

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
