Talent Acquisition Intern

Eligibility: MBA/BBA/BBM Freshers

Experience: 0–1 year

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Assist with offer documentation, pre-onboarding, and joining formalities.

- Support campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employer branding activities.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

Requirements

- MBA/BBA/BBM with an interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.

- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
