Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the agency. This full-time, in office position based in New Delhi involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The intern will assist with job posting, outreach on professional and social platforms, and timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

In addition, the role includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment data and reports,



and collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team to understand role requirements and refine hiring processes.

Qualifications

- Recruitment process skills, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with an ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate stages.
- Selection and assessment skills, such as Hiring and Interviewing, with the capacity to evaluate candidate fit against role requirements and organizational culture.
- Employer Branding skills, including supporting employer brand campaigns and candidate-facing communications to strengthen Savvytree’s talent presence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professional email and message drafting.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic HR tools, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking or recruitment platforms; familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing channels is an advantage.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrable interest in talent acquisition and HR.
