We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate recruitment to join our HR team.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various real estate functions and levels

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels

- Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews, selection, offers and joining process

• Complete joining formalities and employee documentation

• Coordinate and facilitate new employee induction & onboarding

• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring pipeline and trackers

• Plan and support employee engagement activities and initiatives





• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2–5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience

✔️ Real Estate recruitment experience is mandatory

✔️ Candidates with only IT Recruitment experience will not be considered

✔️ Strong sourcing and end-to-end recruitment skills

✔️ Positive understanding of real estate roles and talent market

✔️ Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

✔️ Candidates currently based in Kolkata only
