Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support the academy’s growing faculty and staff needs. This full-time, on-site role, based in Coimbatore, includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements. The specialist will maintain candidate pipelines, manage offer and onboarding processes,



and ensure a positive candidate experience.

In addition, the role involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, strengthening the academy’s presence in relevant talent markets, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess talent and make informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to enhance the academy’s visibility and reputation among potential applicants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and administrative teams.
- Experience in educational or training institutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work with applicant tracking systems and basic HR analytics tools.
