We are looking for a Talent Acquisition skilled with 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate recruitment to join our HR team.

? Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata

? Function: Human Resources

? Work Mode: On-site

⏳ Experience: 2–5 Years

? Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various real estate functions and levels

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels
- Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offers and joining process
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee induction & onboarding
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring pipeline and trackers
- Plan and support employee engagement activities and initiatives




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements

? What We’re Looking For✔️ 2–5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience

✔️ Real Estate recruitment experience is mandatory

✔️ Candidates with only IT Recruitment experience will not be considered

✔️ Strong sourcing and end-to-end recruitment skills

✔️ Good understanding of real estate roles and talent market

✔️ Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

✔️ Candidates currently based in Kolkata only
