About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive who will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and building a robust talent pipeline for the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination and closing positions, along with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – 80%

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for legal, corporate, HR, finance, sales, marketing, internships and other business functions.
- Understand hiring requirements from respective HODs/Reporting Managers and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, databases, social media and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with HODs and senior management and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and continuously develop a strong candidate pipeline and talent database.
- Track recruitment metrics including open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers,



joining and closure timelines.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining and minimise offer dropouts.
- Support campus hiring, internship hiring and bulk/urgent hiring, as required.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

HR Operations – 20%

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address routine employee queries.
- Coordinate with HR/Accounts/Admin teams for day-to-day employee-related requirements.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to close positions within defined timelines.
