Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition – Fresher role based in Mohali district. The role involves supporting end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The Talent

Acquisition team member will maintain candidate databases, update recruitment trackers, and assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include communicating with candidates, managing interview schedules,



and supporting onboarding processes and documentation. The role requires close collaboration with HR and operations teams to ensure timely and effective staffing for various business units.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office tools and the ability to work with applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms.
- Candidates should possess an eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a professional, ethical approach to handling candidate information.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; internship or academic exposure to HR or recruitment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Mohali district and collaborate within a team-oriented, fast-paced healthcare services environment.
