Role & responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment Management: work for full technical ,manufacturing recruitment lifecycle, from initial manpower planning and intake meetings with hiring managers to offer roll-out and onboarding.
- Niche Sourcing: Proactively map and source specialized EV battery talent, including Cell R&D;, Production Engineering, Quality Control, Battery Management Systems (BMS), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Electrochemistry.
- Strategic Talent Pipeline: Build and sustain a robust pipeline of high-quality talent pools via advanced sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruitment Solutions, specialized technical networks, and niche clean-tech job boards.
- Volume & Plant Hiring: Collaborate with production heads to manage blue-collar, grey-collar, and contractual bulk hiring strategies using external partnerships, trade institutes (e.g., ITIs), and local workforce networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with department heads to draft precise job specifications, determine evaluation metrics, and implement structured, scorecard-based interview frameworks.
- Market Intelligence & Compensation: Gather real-time intelligence on market-competitive salary benchmarks, industry talent movements,



and skill availability within the EV and clean-energy storage markets.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain complete data hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and improve core metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratios.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An Engineering background or a deep technical aptitude for automotive/energy sectors is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of dedicated talent acquisition experience, with a mandatory focus on hiring for Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing, EV Powertrains, Solar/Renewable Energy, or Advanced Automotive Engineering.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Recruiter, and candidate evaluation tools.
- Soft Skills: Superior negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an innate ability to deliver a stellar candidate experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-speed, scaling manufacturing setup with shifting priorities and ambitious deadlines.
