We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment activities and ensure smooth implementation of hiring processes. The incumbent will play a key role in candidate coordination, recruitment MIS management, stakeholder communication, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business hiring objectives.
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interview process and communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and turnaround times (TAT) for assigned processes.
- Track and update recruitment progress through hiring dashboards, reports, and MIS.
- Manage candidate documentation, assessment scheduling, and any other TA-related activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity within recruitment systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, MIS management or Recruitment Support.
- Experience in managing and preparing Recruitment Analytics & MIS will be preferred.
