- Source candidates through various job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support job postings, talent pipeline management, and offer and joining processes.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Solid communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and online candidate sourcing.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
