Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals and recruitment platforms.

Screen and shortlist candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Maintain candidate databases and call trackers.

Coordinate with hiring teams.

Assist with HR documentation and compliance.

Requirements:

MBA (HR) or any graduate with strong communication skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in HR.





Ability to work effectively from home.

Stipend (Based on Joinings Within a Month):

0-4 joinings within a month: No stipend

5-8 joinings within a month: ₹3,000/month

9-12 joinings within a month: ₹5,000/month

13-15 joinings within a month: ₹7,500/month

16+ joinings within a month: ₹10,000/month
