The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by

providing technical expertise and support to customers in the selection and application of

transformers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Consultation: Serve as a technical advisor to customers, providing insights and

recommendations on transformer selection, sizing, and application based on their specific

requirements and operating conditions.

2. Product Presentation: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the

features, benefits, and capabilities of our transformer offerings, highlighting their competitive

advantages and value proposition.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing

and prospective customers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing

timely support throughout the sales cycle.

4. Solution Proposal: Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, manufacturing,

and project management to develop customized transformer solutions that meet customer

specifications and project objectives.

5. Quotation and Pricing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for transformer

products and services, considering factors such as design complexity, material costs,

manufacturing lead times, and project requirements.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry

developments related to transformers and power distribution equipment, identifying

opportunities for business growth and market expansion.

7. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate target

markets, acquire recent customers, and increase market share, aligning with company sales

objectives and revenue targets.

8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer

interactions, and project pipelines, and generate regular reports on sales performance,

forecasts, and market insights.

9. Tendering: Prepare and submit tender documents in response to inquiries from customers or

tender announcements from government agencies, utilities, and other organizations. Manage

the entire bid process, from bid submission upto execution of tender.
